Wisdom Teeth

I went to a wisdom teeth consultation earlier this week, and Della kindly watched December while Brad and I were at the appointment...here are some pictures she took while the babies played together!

Samuel occasionally found it difficult to share his toys, which is something December finds difficult to do, too!

While she was at Samuel's house, December learned how to go forward on one of those cars. She's never known how to go forward on these, only backwards.

Hopefully I'll be getting my wisdom teeth out soon! I've had the consultation appointment, and so now we just have to schedule the extraction. I've waited to get my wisdom teeth out because I thought it would be better if the teeth were poking through the gums instead of the oral surgeon having to dig around for them. BUT I guess one hazard of waiting (that I just found out about) is that the roots of the teeth become more formed and can latch themselves around the nerves of your jaw, which means once you get your wisdom teeth out, you lose feeling in your jaw/gums. Thankfully, I don't have that problem, but yikes! That makes me want them out immediately! Anyway, 3 out of the 4 teeth are through, but they are really painful to teethe, and now they are putting pressure on my other teeth. So I really want them to come out! We'll have to wait until we get this Medi-Cal thing straightened out, and then out they come! YAY! I didn't know it was possible to get so excited about a tooth extraction.
