Our new bike trailer!
We were afraid December wouldn't like going into the trailer, so we put her dolls in with her to show her how much fun the dolls were having -- but we didn't need to; she loved it!
On Thursday, as December and I were lazily walking home from the grocery store, we saw our car zoom up right to us. Brad turned into a random person's driveway and told us he had just found a bike trailer! We have been looking for one for December, one that she can ride in while we tow her on our bikes. The ones we have been looking at are kind of expensive, with the cheapest one at Wal-mart being $77. BUT, Brad said that on his way home from the seminary, he rode past a garage sale that had one! Brad picked December and I and our groceries up, and we went to go look at it...and we bought it! We only paid $35 for it, too, yay! I was happy it was still at the garage sale, because bike trailers get sold pretty fast. Brad attached it to his bike and drove December around on it in the parking lot. As you can see, she had a blast! I was hoping that we could bike around a nearby lake today, but December is not cooperating...and I think she won't like riding around so much anymore, because we just got her a helmet (and you know how much she hates having things on her hair). Oh well! She'll just have to learn to like wearing her helmet, I guess!
