December, Up Close

Good news! Brad passed his Bible Knowledge test! Yay, he doesn't have to take the re-test OR the class! Good for him. We don't know what his actual score was, though. He's going to try to find that out today. December and I have been doing well...although I think December sometimes gets bored just here with Mommy. There's only a limited numer of things for her to do in here -- play on the piano, read books, play with toys, color with markers, unload the kitchen cupboards, etc. After that's all been done, she gets antsy. So lately we've been playing alot with baby Samuel (whose first birthday is a couple of weeks away). She went swimming with him yesterday, along with baby Calvin (who's four months old). Last night she went and played outside with Simeon, Gabriel, and Naomi (another seminary family's three young kids)...or rather, she mostly just watched them play around. All of their activity amuses her, so she usually just likes to stand and watch. It's nice for her to have so many kids right here to play with!
