She loved wearing it, too and didn't want to take it off!
December LOVES pancakes! Ever since we've been home, she's had a ferocious appetite, which makes me happy. She never eats well when we're not at home, and I think while we were in Calgary, I just got used to the small amounts she ate. So now that we're home, I think she's eating tons when she's probably just going back to eating normally!
"Cake! Cake!" is what she asks for whenever she wants a snack. Cake means pancake to December. She likes her pancakes with peanut butter and syrup on top.
My parents are coming in on Tuesday! YAY! I can't wait. Dad is coming for a conference that will be held at the seminary next weekend, and Brad will be going with him. And on Monday, I get my wisdom teeth out. Eeek! I'm getting nervous about that already. The office told me that there is a chance you can die when they put you to sleep for the surgery. That's not very comforting! Hopefully it'll all go okay. These doctors do this many times each day, so they are very capable. I'm not too worried...just a little worried.

That's great that your family is visiting. I wish I could because I miss you, but alas I can't. And the wisdom teeth thing, just look at it this way, do you know of anyone who has died from it? I didn't even take the prescription pain killer and I was ready and kicking to do something just 5 hours afterward because my mouth was fine! Have fun with the fam.
I agree with the youngster. Though I didn't get knocked out, a little happy gas and Demerol, and I was good to go pretty quickly afterwards too. I too only took about one or two doses of pain medication b/c I didn't need more. FYI, I had a complicated extraction with unexpectedly deep roots and all four teeth taken out at once. I'll be praying that everything goes well, but don't be too worried, girl! :o)
Thanks for all the pics you posted! You and Brad look so adorable together. And little December with Uncle Matt is priceless! Thanks for sharing! I hope to update my blog soon. Enjoy your visit with the family. I miss you guys!
